Chocolate Fudge Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 heaped tablespoon of Cocoa
  • 2 packets Griffins Superwine (crushed into bits around 5mm)
  • 1 Cup of Sugar
  • 250gms Butter
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions

  1. Line a lamington tray with baking paper
  2. Put Cocoa, Sugar and Butter into a pot and melt over a low heat, stirring all the time.
  3. Once it has all melted, take off the heat and add eggs one at a time, mixing QUICKLY
  4. Add crushed biscuits and mix to combine
  5. Press into the tin and refridgerate
  6. Ice with chocolate icing
