Freakin brilliant, Freakin funny, just FREAKIN AWESOME
Seriously though, be prepared to laugh your arse off because there are things that are funny, things that shouldn’t be funny….but are and things that are just hysterical. And then there’s just the things that Drax finds hysterical, which in turn, is going to cause you to laugh cause…..well you can’t help yourself.
There are 2 sides to every story, 2 faces to every person and more than enough ‘Marvel’ for everyone. There will be questions answered from the first movie (we find out who Starlords father is), but then there are new questions that need answering which leaves a trail for a Guardians of the Galaxy 3.
In Vol 2, the team have come together and learned to get along, but the reality is that their personalities are still, their personalities and there is no way to get away from that, and why would we want them to. However in this movie they learn to not only put up with each other but I think they realise what it’s like to be a part of something bigger.
Each character seems to develop more as we are given more of an insight not by words, but by actions.
Then there is Baby Groot. OMG….he is just so adorable and without contributing to the fight scenes through out the movie (unless you include his little dance scene at the start haha), he is a crucial part of making this movie what it is.
I had taken along the whole family (including my 6 year old son) and everyone totally loved it and wants to see it again so that must be a good thing, although to be honest, the whole family are Marvel fans so it wasn’t really surprising.
Can’t give away any secrets needless to say, if you are a Marvel fan (and why wouldn’t you be ?) you are going to LOVE It and you are going to know enough to watch the end credits.
