Mini Ginger Loaves

Ingredients

  • 100gms Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 3 Teaspoons Ginger
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 Tablespoons Golden Syrup
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Cream the Butter and Sugar
  2. Add Ginger and mix well
  3. Add the eggs and beat well after each addition
  4. Beat in the Golden Syrup
  5. Sift in the Flour and Baking Powder and mix to combine ingredients
  6. Heat the Milk then stir in Baking Powder
  7. Stir in quickly into your batter mixture
  8. Spray mini loaf tins (or muffin tins) with cooking spray
  9. Spoon in mixture so each is around 1/2 - 3/4 full
  10. Bake at 200 degrees celcius for around 10 minutes
