My daughter doesn’t get nappy rash very often, but when she does she gets it really bad. We got some of this cream conveniently the day before she got one of her worse ones! After one application I found the rash had already started to disappear and by the 2nd application it had completely vanished. We just used it every time we had a nappy change and was so easy to use and came out of the tube easily without mess and had a very nice fragrance that didn’t smell of chemicals. I would definitely buy this again once we finish the tube…in fact I need to buy one to keep in the nappy bag!!

We received the foaming shampoo to review, and I am SO pleased we did – what a gorgeous product! So gentle, really light and easy to rinse out of my baby’s hair. I used it on my toddler too and enjoyed it for him as well. They both have cradle cap and it was really gentle on their heads – and no flakes left in the hair after drying, which was a first! A gorgeous fragrance that isn’t too heavy, smells delicious mixed with that baby smell. I will be purchasing this product once our trial bottle runs out. I’m converted! Thanks so much Mustella, and MumsReview 🙂

Thanks for the opportunity to trial this shampoo MumsReview and Mustela! Prior to using this product my 3 month old had mild-moderate cradle cap and my 2 year old had remnants of cradle cap too. After using the product daily for a week we have seen a definite improvement in both our boys’ scalp and I have noticed their hair is lovely an soft since using it too. I like the fact it does not have any strong perfumes in it, in fact it is almost unscented. The main downside I found was the fact I had to leave it on for 1-2 minutes which is hard with a 3 month old who does not like bathtime! I was also told by a mustela rep at a recent baby show that our 3 month’s old cradle cap was very mild and that it should be all gone within 5 shampoos – unfortunately this is not the case, but it has improved a lot! I would say maybe a 60% improvement in our 3 month old and an 80% improvement in our 2 year old. I am going to continue using the product based on this improvement and fingers crossed we continue to see an improvement.

As a smaller baby, my son had extremely bad cradle cap. We did the usual baby oil etc that everyone suggests but we just couldn’t get rid of it.
Then one day while dropping my twins off at day care, one of the teachers there suggested the Mustela Newborn Foaming Shampoo, and proceeded to tell me just how wonderful this product was. I went into the pharmacy the next day and I have to admit that when I saw the price I decided not to buy it. Being on a limited budget I didn’t want to be spending $20 on a shampoo that mayor may not work. Later on that month, we went up to the Parent & Child show and I got talking to the Mustela representative and even she was quite shocked at how bad his cradle cap was. Unfortunately she didn’t have any samples but she did give me a $5 voucher off any Mustela products which I then went and used the very next day as I was so sick of how scaly his scalp continuously was. All I can say is that I was stupid not to have tried this product earlier. It is an amazing product that really does do what it says. It is so easy to use and has a lovely (non perfume) smell to it. Not only does it eliminate the cradle cap, but it left his hair feeling so soft. I loved that finally he didn’t have ‘bits’ falling off and he didn’t have that horrible yellow tinge that cradle cap leaves on their head. Finally his scalp was complete clear of cradle cap.
